What does it mean to know that someone understands you? That someone just gets you? That when you cry, the person knows that it’s not about the pain you briefly mentioned a while ago, it’s about the time when you probably felt alone, or misunderstood or unsupported, unheard or unseen?
What does it mean for you when someone tells you they are there for you till you figure it out? Or till you don’t.
What does it mean for you when someone just holds you tightly and hugs you till you cry it all out? Someone to whisper in your ears that they love you no matter what. That ‘YOU’ are the most important person to them, even more important that the child you gave birth to?
That you are beautiful? You are amazing and they feel lucky to have you?
What does it mean for you when someone asks you how can they make you feel more supported, seen, heard or more understood? It would mean everything to you, won’t it? It would re-instil the life back in you. It would just take you home! ♥️
